Dr. Svoboda will show how to approach  the “alveolar ridge with moderate  deficiency in width” and place an immediate implant with a high degree  of certainty.  He has been  developing his technique  for bone manipulation over the past 20 years.  His bone spreading technique utilizing handpiece  driven screws is both practical for the patient and efficient for the dentist.

Dr. Svoboda believes that the bone spreading graft is primary and should be considered before any other technique.  In cases where bone spreading may be insufficient, it can be used to make the alternative graft easier and it can be used to rescue the failing graft. What a great service for patients and dentists alike!

Dr Svoboda will also speak about how he modifies bone quality. This makes bone manipulation possible under a greater  number  of conditions. Understanding this concept  will likely make all your grafts more successful.

Registration begins at 8:00am
